Usually. Because we are a Training Center, we have access to cards prior to the class and do not have to turn in sign-in sheets for cards to be forwarded to participants. There are a few cases when cards may be delayed:
(a) If you pay by personal check we will hold your card until your check is confirmed cleared on our account - no more than 14 days from the date of the class.
(b) On the rare occasion that we are out of stock or the class has more students than we anticipated.

Childcare workers - please request our letter to DC&F indicating your contact hours for your course(s).
In most cases. If you are an EMT, please indicate your need for CECs prior to taking this course to ensure the correct paperwork is prepared for you to earn the CECs. If your organization or Board ususally grants CECs/CEUs for CPR then it is likely that they will recognize this course. We are willing to write you a letter if necessary indicating curriculum references and the number of training hours spent on this class. If you are ACE certified, our ASHI CPR may need to be requisitioned for CECs because ACE asks us to teach the Amercian Heart Association's version of this course (identical CPR skill set) which is already recognized for ACE CECs.
There has been the rare case where a Board or organization has a relationship with a CPR certification that excludes ASHI or the American Heart Association course from earning you CECs. Please check with your Board or organization before taking this course if you are not sure. We would be happy to assist you with communicating with them if they indicate there are any questions or concerns regarding these courses.
