Meet the Health Coach Plus Team:

Trudy Marley Beerman is the Health Coach at Health Coach Plus. She was born in the warm Caribbean island of Kingston, Jamaica.  She received her BA degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from St. Thomas University -Miami, FL. She holds a second major in Health Education and Wellness from the University of the West Indies in Jamaica.

Trudy is an Instructor Trainer and Health Coach Plus is an Instructor Development Center for ASHI to teach students and new instructors CPR, First Aid, AED, and other Safety Courses.
